Account & Data Deletion

⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your notes and account data will be permanently erased.

Option 1: Delete from within the App

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the MyNotes app:

  1. Open the MyNotes app on your Android device or browser
  2. Sign in to your account
  3. Tap the menu icon (⋮) in the top-right corner
  4. Select "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm deletion in the dialog that appears

✅ All your notes will be permanently deleted from Firestore.
✅ Your Firebase Authentication account will be permanently deleted.
✅ You will be signed out and cannot sign back in.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us:

Please include your registered email address in the request. We will delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.
